chapter 3: TO INIFITY AND BEYONNNDDDDDDDDDD
Yugi awoke to the smell of something really good. He felt better than he had in
a long time...
"I wonder how long I slept"
"About two days! How do you feel!" It was the guy Anjello he'd met when he'd
frist arrived here...where ever here was.
"Oh..much better thank you...umm i was wondering..."
But Anjello interrupted " first you eat then we talk! man i'm starving adn i'm
not the one who hasn't eaten for two days!"
Jello led yugi to a huge ktichen and there was a whole bunch of awsome
breakfast food on the table.
"WHoa...you guys sure have a lot of food...."
"Well i had nothing else to do while you were sleeping...Lelillian made me be
your keepr since I can't really go anywhere right now..."
"You mean you cooked all this??"
"What? Just cuz i'm a guy doesn't mean i can't cook!"
"That's not what i meant...there's so much...."
"I had two days....lots of time! Now dig in you're probably as hungry as i am!"
Yugi relaized he wasn't going to get any answers until jello was done eatinh.
He alsorealized how humgry he really was.
"Eat as much as you want! There's tons after all!"
Amazingly, between the two of them, they finished off all the food.
"I guess i was hungry" yugi luaghed. "but how could you eat so much..."
"Well..the truth is i haven't really been eating for the past two days..i was
thinking about something and i geuss i kinda forgot to eat..."
"what...really..that's not good is it??"
"Usually my friends are here to remind me but they've been away for a
while..only mikko adn vincent are around...and as usual vincnet is running away
from her and she's chasing him..."
Yugi laughed. "Hey now can i get some answers??"
"Yeah sure! let's go for a walk and burn off some of those calories!"
Joey couldn't believe they were gonna trust a slimeball like pegasus but if
that's what it took to get both yugi and bakura back then he was willing to make
exceptions.
"So like how doe sthis work..we jsut touch the picture thingy and off we go to
wherever yugi is???"
"It's not that simple mr wheeler. We will go to the same area as yugi but we
will still ahve to locate him. "
"OH i get it! But how do we find yug exactly..."
"I am hoping that we can trace the energy of the millenium puzzle."
"YOu mean there's a chance we may no even find him? "tea blurted out.
isi sighed " I told you this is a perilous journey...you are not required to
accompany me infact it would be best for you to sty here."
"Hye there's no way er're gonna abandon our friends! If there's a chance we can
find them then we're goin for it"
"Does mr taylor speak for all ofyou?"
Tea and joey nodded.
"The it is time for us to leave. When i open the bokk place you hand ont he
image."
Isis then opened the book and the picture spragn to life. The three friends
looked at each other then each plade their hand on the picute and vanished.
"Pegasus...I'm trusting in you just as you trusted in me..."
Pegasus nodded. "Good luck isis...."
Isis place her hand on the picture and she too disappeared.
"I just hope it's not too late" Pegasus picked up the book and walked off into
the dephts of his mansion.
Mikko was busily searching everywhere for vincent when the phone rang.
"Hello???????? MARIA!...what's wrong...what...oh no...just umm...lay low...i'llg
et some help...."
As mikko hung up the phone panick filled her.
"OH no! my friend Maria is in troubleeeee we hafta to helpppppp!!!!!!!!" she
yelled as she ran about he mfmm hq loking for the other members.
Vincent would had been sleeping on the roof hear mikko's frantic yelling and
decide that isn't just another of her ploys to get to glomp him.
"Mikko..what are you yelling about..."
"My friend's in troubleeee where's everyoneeee????"
"they're busy..i think anjello is here though..he went for a walk with our
guest..."
"Well com on then we gottta telll themmm"
Mikko dragged vicnent outside.
Yugi couldn't belive how nice the path where they were walkng was....He was so
entreanced he almost forgt to ask hi s questions.
"Anjello..what exactly is the mfmm??"
"Well it's a group of guys that well ummit hard to explain...we make
clack...that's waht we do..."
"I'm more confused than before..."
"tell you waht i'll let you read th manual! I have a question for you! Do you
know how you got here?"
"The last thing i remeber was being in the libary looing at a book..there was
justone picture but it seemed so lifelike..."
"Oh I get it now.."
Before anjello coul d say anymore MIkko came runnignthe path at full bore
dragging a disgruntled vincent behind her.
"ANjello...m..mmariah 's in toruble we hafta to help her"
MIkko was in such a rush she had failed to notice yugi.
"Well waht are we waiting for let's go!"
"Umm..anjello aren't you supposed to stay here..."vincent asked.
ANjello pulled a crystal out of his pocket and told it something. It became a
glowing green staff.
"There's a girl in trouble! That's all that's important now!"
He raised the staff adn the party was no longer on the path.....
